What does it mean to be IN with The Urgent Care Center of Richmond Hill (UCC)? It means that your insurance is accepted by The UCC for medical services we provide.

NOW ACCEPTING MEMORIAL HEALTH PARTNERS INSURANCE
The Urgent Care Center of Richmond Hill is pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2012, if your employer uses the MHP network, you are IN with The UCC!

Currently, the MHP network includes employees and dependents of the following:

• Assurant (including John Alden/ Fortis, and Time insurance companies)
• Coffee Regional Hospital
• Gulfstream Aerospace
• Hunter McLean, Exley & Dunn
• Meadows Regional Medical Center
• Memorial Health System
• Savannah College of Art & Design

As always at The Urgent Care Center of Richmond Hill, we provided attentive, efficient and professional medical care for both insured and uninsured patients. Adding those who are part of the MHP network to our growing list of accepted insurance plans is simply one more way that the The UCC is extending its range of services to those in our community.

WHAT IF MY INSURANCE PLAN ISN’T LISTED?
The UCC currently has signed agreements with most major health plans. If you are not covered by one of the plans we are currently in network with, ask about our courtesy out-of-network cash discount. We will also be glad to assist you by providing the information needed by your plan to reimburse you under out-of-network benefits.

If you are a member of one of the health plans listed above, you are probably utilizing us as an “in-network provider.” As such, The UCC agrees to accept your plans’ payment as payment in full unless an item is identified as non-covered under your plan or a co-pay or co-insurance that is your responsibility. We are not currently in network with The Care Network (Georgia Ports Authority/ Savannah Business Group). We have expressed our interest in becoming an in-network provider with them MANY times and encourage you to also express YOUR interest to your employer and your insurance representative.
